Nutrient Agar Powder 100G

Nutrient Agar powder for the preparation of medium for fermentation investigations.Colour: BlueTo prepare: Suspend 28 grams of the medium in one litre of water.Heat with frequent agitation/stirring and boil for one minute to completely dissolve the medium.Dispense into autoclavable vessels and autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes to sterilise.Allow to cool to 45 - 50°C before pouring.
