The temperature control system has a direct easy-read thermostat and an independent overheat thermostat as a safety measure, both with calibrated scales and tamper proof dial locks. Indicators show mains switch, heat and overheat. The exterior is constructed from sheet steel finished with an easy clean powder coated paint. The interior chamber is made from mild steel coated aluminium and fitted with fixed non-tip shelf runners. The units are supplied with chrome plated wire grid shelves and the top vent is fitted with a thermometer clip. Heated by Incoloy sheathed elements, positioned below the chamber floor.
